I think most, if not all, of the vendors here have sales. Some more than others and some have better sales than others.
Not a sale but the best prices I have found so far are at VaporRenu and madvapes. Both are under $8 for 30ml. VaporRenu maybe a sale but that price has been available for over a month now.
You can get even cheaper than VaporRenu and the master list. Use the master list WITH VaporRenu. 
Personally my first suggestion is to NOT try and save money in juice - but find something you LIKE. Most vapers have a box full of juice they bought they don't want to vape. Regardless of how cheap they bought it - it cost them far more - because they didn't use it.

I would agree with that, but be open minded on both perspectives.
I was expecting to have certain more expensive suppliers blow my mind. I've found some of them to be disappointing in general and especially disappointing compared to the premium paid to them.
I recommend VaporRenew because I actually like their juice and the Banana's Foster is my current all-day vape. It also happens to be one of the cheapest I've found so I get an amazing double whammy.

Well of course that is true but when you are broke it's a non-issue. I will eventually vape all I've bought even if I don't like it very much...a drop of this or that will change it enough that I can stand it till its gone.
And I do use coupons just doesn't add up to much when I order only 2 or 3 bottles at a time. Money is a curse in all aspects of my life unfortunately.

I like their Wintergreen. Brings back a little slice of my youth working at Kmart checkouts passing Wintergreen Lifesavers to all the checkers. A little something to help get us through the 4-hour shift.

Correct me if I am wrong, please. Are those Dekang liquids you mention the China liquids on the site? If so, they are all (or seem to be) tobacco flavors which I'm not interested. Besides the per ml price is only 3 cents more for all kinds of flavors at VaporRenu and not a lot different for Madvapes USA liquids. I haven't tried this yet but VaporRenu will take requests too which I think I will try soon as there is something I want that they don't have in their flavor list.

I so agree with this!! I am very lucky- I've only tried the 2 bottles of juice that came with my starter kit- (not impressed) and then I bought the sample (5ml) bottles, I believe) from myfreedomsomes and I was hooked. They have great sales too
