I have had a great experience with these folks. I placed a preorder for two Protank Mini's. They shipped them and they never arrived. I had actually forgot about them when they sent an email asking if they had arrived as their info said they hadn't. I confirmed that they had not arrived. They offered a full refund or I could wait. I offered to wait as I am in no hurry. For the inconvenience they sent me a 30ml bottle of juice(of my choice) and an MT3 clearomizer. A week or so later I got another email that they had no idea when they would be able to get anymore. Offered a full refund or a Protank 2 and a partial refund. I chose the later and had the Protank 2 a few days later. I never got the partial refund but I'm not complaining in the least. I spent $8.99 plus $4-$5 shipping for 30ml of good juice, and MT3, and a Protank 2. Considering that's the cost of a protank 2 by itself I'm happy. Email communication is wonderful. Had a conversation at one in the morning one night. I would highly recommend these folks.
