Ask 10 different ECF people who has the best juice and hardware and you'll probably get 10 different answers. Most people order hardware and juice from more than one vendor. The reason is because some vendors carry things you want but other vendors don't or they might be sold out. Juice is extremely subjective. I like VaporBomb and Gourmet Vapor. Other people will tell you they like TastyVapor or Backwoods Brew. Finding vendors and juice is going to take some experimentation on your part. There is a sub-forum for registered vendors that you should check out. All of them are approved by ECF and the owners post to their forums so they can answer questions and give product updates.

I buy a lot of hardware at Litecigusa.net - cheap shipping and good prices. Some other vendors people are fond of are Cignot and liberty-flights.com

Juices - my top 3 vendors are

FreedomSmokeUSA - note - their samples are fixed 24mg and fixed pg/vg and not all flavors are available as samples so check their regular juice sections where everything is configurable. They usually toss in a free sample if I buy juice too. And when they aren't having a different sale, the code freedomsmokeusa will get you 10% off. My personal faves so far are Desert Ship (a tobacco), oRYental 4 (a sweet vanilla almond tobacco), and Raspberry Tea.

Backwoods Brew - Nice hand-brewed flavors - my favorites so far are Casablanca (a Turkish tobacco w/ cocoa and some other flavors) and Peach

Velvet Vapors - unfortunately they are closed to a family emergency and expect to be closed for about 30 days (closed on Jan 3 2011). But I have a couple of super faves here and I plan to try more. Their Vanilla Almond Tobacco (called 555 elsewhere) - theirs is very creamy vanilla up front with some almond and some TH (not real nutty like some other 555's) I adore it. And their Raspberry Ginger Ale is a fun vape that tastes and feels like its name.

Well, if you want another electronic cigarette for backup, just get another tornado battery, atomizer, and cone.
Unless you want something different, and in that case there are hundreds of choices, but it depends on what you're looking for.

You might want to take a look through here to get some ideas of what is out there...
Best e-Cig Mod List | e-Cig Mods Database

Just about any mod on the above website will put out as much and most likely even more vapor and throat hit than the tornado.
It's time to start learning about voltages and atomizer resistances.
