Juicy Clear finally open

They are finally open. Just a side thing about JC juice having been available all along at electro-vapors but ordering from the source is direct now.

Interesting to note that JC's terms and condition list that any legal issues around their web are governed by the State of Washington.

And yeah, 22.99 was the price for their 30 mL. I wish they'd offer free shipping or something, but I guess the market price is self regulating. I'm willing to pay extra for Canadian made stuff.

Ya.. I noticed that part about the State of Washington as well. They're close enough to the border to rent out a small apartment stateside to avoid Health Canada's brownshirtin.. so really, nothing has changed in that regard, but I am curious as to which country they're shipping from..

Maybe the website servers are based in Washington, just so HC doesn't really have authority to shut down the website or whatnot. Just a thought, i'm no politics expert.

The web site is hosted in Washington State and shipping happens in Canada, but I wouldn't be sure how this implicates any attempt to shut down JC. This may be a standard "boiler plate" web site terms and conditions or it may be strategic on their part.

This is something like torrent downloading and web sites set up in countries where laws are lax on downloading copyrighted material. The countries that do have laws on downloading and where the copyrighted material originated from can't really do much about a web site in another country unless international law is brought into effect and enforced by a sanctioned international arm of the law.

Back to JC with their web site governed by the laws of the State of Washington - there has to be some sort of protection for their company but the legal basis is beyond me as a lay person.

Well anyhow, the web site won't be under attack at least. As for JC, it may be a smart business move to open a branch office state side at some point to "crack" that 'ol lucrative market down there.
