As many of you have heard HC has stepped up its fight against having Nic in the ejuice available in Canada. While some shops will continue to carry nic containing ejuice after spending the last few days weighing out our options we have decided that the writing is on the wall and we are closing shop. The loss of NFN to our business is obviously very large and we would like to publicly thank them for being a friend and customer.

As for Juicy Clear it is simply getting too hard to obtain nicotine from reputable sources in Canada and if we can not make a good quality safe product we would rather not make a juice at all. Not to mention we have no interest in getting in trouble for making a juice with nicotine and its very obvious that is what would soon happen. While we talked about keeping making zero nic the truth is that there is not enough market for it at this time.

We thank all of you from the bottom of our hearts. Electrovapers, evapers, NFN, capnfn, and many many resellers, you made supplying juice to Canada both fun and enjoyable.

So we will continue to take orders until 5pm on Thursday, as you can imagine we are already getting some people stocking up, do not forget that our resellers all have juice of ours too so its not like when we are gone that you will not be able to get JC juice for a little while still.

Thank you also to ECF and its members.

Peace.

James,
I want to thank you for going out on a limb and starting Juicyclear it was a brave endeavor. I am saddened that it has to come to this end but I completly understand your actions as a small business owner. I can only hope that HC is challanged in court and a ruling found in favour of e-cigs and Nic juice production.
If this does happen, I hope you re-open as your juices have become my favourites.
Agian, THANK YOU!

Fine - be that way! But at least come by the Vancouver Vapers Meet on May 1st - we should talk!

It is over. The Canadian Mounted Police have arrived and force shut down and arrests are in process. I hear they are sending USA customer list to the USA so President Obama knows who to smack with a 400% tax when he is re-elected.

LMAO, if anyone votes for him they deserve what they get imho. (I did NOT the first time). I hope the government pulls their heads out of their annal orifices up there and does the right thing for you all!
