This is my first ever review of any kind. Sorry I don't have video capability...
This is my 2nd order from Juicy Liquid. My first was 2 30ml bottles of 36mg flavorless PG, and a bottle of 0 nic PG. I ordered 2 "juice paks" when they became available, both in 36 mg VG. Flavors are amaretto and caramel.
First I must congratulate JL on the fast shipping and great service. Everything was in order and arrived in a few days, and my order was signed personally with a hand written thank-you note. Nice touch.
On to the juice paks. These come with a mini pipette, which is like a small, soft plastic dropper, a little glass bottle with a cork for test mixing, a bottle with 27 ml of flavorless liquid, and a 6 ml bottle of pure flavoring. The pipettes work great for direct dripping, much more precise than an eye dropper. The business end is almost syringe-like.
The coolest thing here is the flavorless. 36 mg in PG or VG ... 36ml VG is a great find - and the price is right: 19.99 for the entire juice pak. A 30ml bottle of 36mg VG or PG is 19 bucks. Not bad, especially if you are into 36mg VG.
CARAMEL: yow, this flavor is fragrant and STRONG. It is amber in color, and it tastes almost like a liqueur .. caramel, but with a "dark", rich, sweet fragrance. I mixed 20 drops of VG, 20 of PG and 10 drops of the flavor. It produced CLOUDS. This is one of the few flavors I've tried that my 'better half' can smell in the air. The only flavor I've come across that tastes this intense is Janty Cappucino. It doesn't taste like it, but the flavor is similar in potency. The nice thing about the juice pak idea is that you can adjust the strength to your liking.
Ammaretto: This is what it says. Tastes like amaretto, a sweet almond liqueur with fruity overtones. The flavor liquid is clear, and this is a little more mellow than the caramel. Still very good, an excellent flavor that I've never seen anywhere else, and once again it produced CLOUDS.
Throat hit is good, but not at all harsh with either of these liquids. For 36mg, it doesn't have the peppery taste, very smooth, thick and billowy, without the 'burn'. Both would be good mixing with chocolate, coffee, or .... who knows. I especially like the option of having the pure flavor to drop into a bland e-liquid and spice things up, or bump up the potency of a weak content juice with the rocket fuel VG provided here.
Overall A+ service, A+ product. Hope this review helps ... I guess these kids are on their honeymoon right now, and will be back in business in a few days. Can't wait to try some of the other flavors. once again, highly recommended.
