I placed an order with Juicy Vapor on 12.25.12 for some juice & 2 ClearO 2's. I received my order on 12.31.12. It was missing 1 of the ClearO's. Being the holiday I didn't even notice the missing piece (to be honest I thought I removed them both from my order anyways & was surprised that they were even in my package) until yesterday 1.8.12. I emailed them knowing that they have a review your order & report issues within 72 hours policy but you never know right?
Well guess what? I didn't get a return email back from them about the $10.99 product missing from my order, I received a $12 coupon code for the mishap. Now some might say, they didn't provide good service by not responding to my issue with an apology or anything like that, but knowing they are busy & my personality this worked just fine for me. I was pretty happy with the interaction. I applied my code & my $10 gift card for ordering during the holidays & immediately placed an order for my missing part & some replacement coils & the Hunger Games theme pack along with some flavorless juice to clean out my atomizer with.
