I really wanted to put this topic in it's proper place, but I am a new member and restricted to this area until I get a few more posts under my belt.

This review is not on the product itself but with the support provided by the company.

The order was approved on Sept 24 at 9:34pm. Now this is Saturday night, so I get the fact that business hours probably only go to noon on Saturday, and besides that, the post office wouldn't be open on Sunday anyway. I believed in my head that the package would be created on Monday and if anything sent out on Tuesday.

In my experience, First Class mail takes about 3 days after shipping. One USPS site says 2-7 days but I have never had to wait 7 days for a package after given confirmation that it has been shipped.

Eitherway, I got an email on Sept 29 1:59PM that the package had been shipped. So 5 days for them to make the product and send it on its way. Still not a big deal. I'm not upset about this at all. If anything, I know that they took time and care in preparing my package so that every flavor would be exactly what I expect it to be.

In my head, I figure it's on the truck headed to its destination the next morning. Sept 30, Friday, day 1. Oct 1, Saturday, Day 2. Let's say he took a break on Sunday. Oct 3, Monday, Day 3. Oct 4, Tuesday, Day 4. I am now disappointed, but still not upset.

I call and speak with a rep. The person that is on the phone takes my last name and remembers my first name. He also remembers that the package went out of his office. I explain the situation and he says he will check into it. At this time, I've already tracked the package and found that it's last location was in IL. Estimated delivery date is Oct 3rd. Doesn't give me anything else. He checks his computer and who would have guessed that he has the same information that I have. He also can't give me any more information or offer any other help. He does say to give him a call back in a couple days if the package still hasn't arrived.

At this point, I'm still not upset. More disappointed, but not upset. Customer satisfaction is a big thing with me. If I'm giving up my money for your product, I want to be satisfied. Well, I'm not satisfied. Hopefully, I will be able to come back and write up a good review on the product itself. I'm looking forward to it.

I hope others have had a better experience with this company. I'm honestly not sure why I choose them to begin with. Hopefully, I find a reason to choose them again.

Sounds like the problem is with the Post Office, not the vendor. USPS seems to be the main means of delivery for internet business these days, I guess because of cost. I haven't really had any problems with them, but maybe I've just been lucky. Their tracking system is useless though. Packages show up long before their site reflects the status. The adage, "You get what you pay for," comes to mind.

As for Juicy, 5 days to process if perfectly reasonable since all of their juices are custom PG/VG.

Juicy Vapor is not responsible for the post office. With eliquid I don't start wondering unless it's been over 2 weeks and I haven't received something (or longer if a totally custom shop has just had a sale).

Packages can take longer to arrive these days. They are planning to close a bunch of post offices and may be combining routes so packages may go a weirder longer route to get to their destination. Right now it's in the post office's hands. New vapers should order juice from multiple places because you cannot order then look at a calendar and assume you will have more juice by x date. Many of these juice shops are one person businesses and the mail can be slow.

Sorry your juice is late. You can check Vaporsearchusa.com and see if there are any local shops.

I buy most of my juice from JV. The quality of their products is second to none. I like that my juice is made to order. I order a little more than once a month from them. Most of the time my order get shipped in 1-2 days. Sometimes 3-4, usually when a sale is going on. Not a big deal for great custom mixed juice. Now USPS on the other hand, they suck. Sometimes it take 2 days, other times 5. I have learned never to rely on getting my stuff overnight so I order extra in advance then make sure I order replacement juice/cartos ect before I run out.

Just wanted to follow up on this post. As some others have said, the fact that it took about 12 days for my products to arrive is of no fault to Juicy Vapor and was definitely the fault of the postal system. I don't think I've ever had anything I've ordered ever take that long to be delivered.

Anyway, on to the juices. Being new to vaping, I decided to get a mix of different blends and flavors to see what I would enjoy more.

Watermelon 0nic PG based - this is by far my favorite flavor out of the ones I've tried. The vape just wasn't what I had hoped for, and I assume this is because it's 100% PG but the flavor was amazing. Tasted like a watermelon now and later. Not much of a throat hit, but that's to be expected with the 0nic.

Green Apple 0nic PG/VG mix - Not as much flavor as I had hoped for. Tons of vape though. Again, no throat hit.
Cherry 0nic PG/VG mix - Same as Green Apple

Menthol both PG and PG/VG mix 0 nic - Both of these had a cooling sensation in my mouth. Didn't really taste like a menthol cigarette, but that's probably what they had in mind. It was like a cloud of mint in my mouth. I guess it could be used when I don't have an actual mint. I liked it though. You can get a little bit more feeling of a throat hit even though it's 0 nic.

I also have Christmas Cinnamon PG 0nic that I haven't tried yet. I'm actually gonna make a new cartridge for it now and see how I feel about it.

I love the vape of the PG/VG juices and love the taste of the PG juices. How do I get a combination of these?

After reading the thread, I felt compelled to post here regarding what is my favorite company for flavored e juice. While my wife and I (we both use this account on ECF) are relatively new to vaping (we started at the beginning of July) this is hands down the highest quality site for the flavors of e juices that we have found. We have been using the money saved in purchasing analogs to purchase an extremely wide range of flavors from many different online vendors since this summer. Of all of them, only our local store can come close to competing with Juicy Vapor for the mixing of their flavors.

The reduced PG/VG is a great mix if you enjoy both flavor and throat hits and Juicy Vapor does this right. We have purchase over 150 different flavors from them, and out of that entire number there were approximately 7 that simply tasted bad to both of us. That is an incredible percentage of great flavors for anyone that has not done lots of online orders.

Without a doubt, Juicy Vapor has taken the longest for each of the orders I have placed with them out of all of the vendors we have tried. However, that time was incredibly well spent as you can taste the difference in the care they take to mix each of their flavors. They will even allow you to create your own flavors and percentages and they will custom mix them for you as an order from their website! If you are looking for a wide assortment of great flavors, imo there is no reason to look further than Juicy Vapor. With over 700+ flavors available, this site has it all.:toast:

I <3 their Chocolate Cherry Hookah and Cinnamon Danish Swirl...they also carry my favorite coffee flavor I've tried to date, which has been a lot. It's called Wake-N-Vape. (In case you do love the quality and are going to order more, those are my top picks.)

As others have said, juice orders usually take a lot longer than hardware does because most vendors hand mix them themselves (a lot of them are just small internet businesses with not many empoyees, and one main "vape-ologist") Unfortunately, sometimes you have to wait a bit longer for the better companies out there. I wouldn't suggest switching to a brand that keeps product on the shelves to save time unless it's a dire emergency lol, the quality just isn't the same!

P.S. Congrats on switching to vaping!!!!!! (Also, check out dormouse's link, that's how I found some of the best vendors close to me and I try ordering from those places when I need something in a hurry.
