I will try to keep this as short as possible. I ordered a few juices from Juicy Vapor that are my all day vapes and keep in stock at all times. One of the flavors I got was not tasting like it had many times before. It had great throat hit, great vapor, but almost no flavor. I tried it in multiple devices with tanks, cartos, vivi novas, and clearmoizers with no change. I still feel so new to this, so I sent off an email to ask for suggestions on what I could be doing wrong. I expected an email back detailing where I missed something. Instead, I check the mail a few days later and there is a brand new bottle. This to me was great customer service and above what I expected either since I still not sure the juice was the issue and not me. The new juice was just like the previous awesome batches where and back to that great flavor. Thanks Juicy Vapor for the excellent customer service. This is why I keep coming back to you.

As a little interesting side story, I had a similar experience when I first started vaping. I ordered from a different company and got a juice that was just nasty and had that really bad floral scent that was so strong it hurt my nose when I opened the bottle. I contacted the company and was told that I must be new and not know what I was doing. I was told to go to google and look up steeping and figure it out. I still have that bottle 5 months later and while it is much darker now, it still smells horrible and reminds me of nail polish when I open it. I have steeped it every way I could find. This is how you live and learn. They never got another penny of my money. If somebody wants to try and vape my "nail polish" flavored juice, let me know. I am sure we can work something out. ;)
