JuicyLiquid.com won't answer e-mails

I placed an order at Juicyliquid.com on 9/7/2011 order number 3654.I ordered 1 menthol drops and 1 1/4oz bay of menthol crystals. I get the box yesterday and no Menthol crystals. I've sent them an e-mail and also posted on their web site. No one will answer. BUT BECAUSE I'M A NEWBIE I CAN'T POST ON THEIR FORUM HERE !!! would someone pass this on to their forum After smoking 55 years I started trying vaping.This was going to be my first mix. There menthol drops 1 to 2 drops per mil. I did that and can't taste the menthol

You only have 4 posts left to go... I recommend that you post in some of the threads here and then post on their part of the forum yourself.

As far as the menthol drops go, YMMV. This is always true when it comes to flavors of any sorts. 3% of a certain flavor may be more than enough for one person, but 10% won't be nearly strong enough for another.
