Some of you know that I have bought a house and I am moving. It's crunch time on the move. We have to be out of this place by July 1st so we are really working our tails off. I won't be on a whole lot the next few days and not at all till late in the evening on the 1st. I just didn't want you all to think I was leaving again. Not leaving, just moving!

good luck with the move. when my wife and I bought our house, the move sucked BAD. BAD BAD BAD!!! we went from a 3800 sq ft rental to a 1800 sq ft house.. talk about stuffing a watermelon into a peanut.

Good luck with the move Jules. Moving is my least favorite thing to do ever. That's why when my husband and I finally bought a house I told him I planned on staying there for the full 30 year term on the mortgage. Good thing I love the house, eh? I hope that you have lots of help for the move, that always makes it slightly more bearable.

When we sold our home of 2200 sq feet we went to a 350 sq ft travel trailer and spent 3 yrs on the road traveling and living in it.

That was some down sizing !! LOL

I would do it again in a heartbeat though!

This has always been a dream of mine. If I didn't have so many animals (I have 6!) then I would do that in a heartbeat.

My kids (25, 22 and 21) are great. They are gone with a load now. All I've really had to do was just sort thru things. If sitting up wasn't so bad right now it would really have been a breeze for me. My daughter is one of those that is super organized and can crack the whip and get her brothers moving, and she is the youngest,lol

We've bought this one. I refuse to move ever again!!!

OK guys, I am heading to the new house. There is no internet there so I won't be back online until tomorrow. Wish me luck that I can survive the massive withdraws. It will be tough, but hopefully I will survive it.
