My DNA30 clone is rock solid still. Now I have a Xpro M50/65. Maybe a month old. It flakes, voltage jumps up higher than it should for the topper, and it decreases the wattage by 5 watts, like its programmed to do and I get a little frustrated I switched back to my 10 month old DNA30 box. I took apart the M50 today, and cleaned everything up. The top was a little loose. As this is the ground, it should be tightened down well. Same with the battery holding bottom plate. tightened up everything and popped in a fresh HE2 and its back to normal. Looks like this is going to be a pain to keep clean. We shall see. metal pieces screwed together as a conductor is problematic. Metal oxides build up and do not conduct. The DNA30 has a battery holder, with wires soldered to it and the chip and to the 510, so less to get dirty. Any thoughts? I know others have had this same issue with other mods.
