2-do bottom coil clearos work well on lavatube?

3- what size of cartomizer does the lavatube need? And what's a good brand/Cheap place I can buy them from?

3: 510 thread; not kr808 or 801 or 901 etc.

510 cartomizers:
Boge, Ikenvape, Smoktech.

You can get prefilled cartos to use directly, or
blank cartos
- that you have to fill or
- prepunched to go in a cartotank

Soo, pure filled cartos are the one people just smoke right out of to test there new juices? Kinda confused, & what size like 35mm or how tall?

  • Cartos can be purchased already prefilled with a flavored e-juice, however this is an expensive way to vape. It is much less expensive to purchase blank (empty) cartos and fill them yourself from bottled e-liquid.

  • Cartomizers come in two lengths: 35mm (standard length) and 45mm (XL length). Both are the same diameter. The standard length will hold 1.0 ml of e-liquid while the XL length will hold 1.5 ml.

  • Cartomizers can be used solo, or used in a tank (using cartos purchased with pre-punched holes).

  • Cartomizers are available in single or dual coil. Single coils are more popular.

  • Cartomizers also come in a variety of resistance, or ohms. Low resistance is usually used with fixed voltage batteries. Standard resistance is usually used with a variable voltage battery device.

  • The most important thing to know about cartomizers is that you must fill them with enough juice or you will burn the wick. It can be difficult to know when to refill the carto (can't see the juice level). Using a punched carto in a cartotank eliminates this problem.

Is it a Carto, a Tank, or What?

My boge cartomizers worked well. Anything will fit on your lavatube as long as it uses 510 threads. I don't recall if those devices have ego threads as well? My recommendation for a really nice tank would be those new kanger mega tanks. My buddy has one and it looks slick, and vapes like a train. My Reo however vapes like a FREIGHT TRAIN, but you'll get there in time =]

I would recommend a Kanger ProTank2 with an Aero base or an Aero tank. I use both and enjoy them. I much prefer glass tanks to the plastics (a friend make the analogy of beer in a can or a bottle). I do not have a Nautilus so I can't commend on them. I know that they all will fit on on LavaTube.

Good luck with whatever you decide..
