I tried to contact you on your site. I followed a few links and still didn't find an email or phone number.

I asked my question here and got it answered. Not everyone knows about ECF. I think you should make your contact info more prominent on your site.

Can you explain what you clicked on.

The link to the contact page is on the left hand side and says "How To Contact Us" when you click on that link it takes you directly to this page http://www.vaporkings.com/Ticket_New.asp

Is that what you are doing and its not taking you to the page I just linked?

I was clicking on the Help/FAQ bar up top.
Then selecting "How do I contact you" under Additional Support
it takes me to the About Us page.

I never saw the link on the side until you pointed it out.

Oh ok Michelle, well I think Rob seen this post and fixed it last night because I can go through the steps you said and I can get to the contact page that way too. Can you try your steps again and see if it works on your end now? Make sure you it refresh before starting though.
