Hi! I’m new to the vaping world…got a disposable 510 the end of March, bought an Ego about 2 weeks later. I used to smoke about a pack a day and yesterday I only had half of one analog…
I’ve gone a bit crazy buying different carts, cartos, smart carts(like a LOT) and I just got in XL FluXomizers yesterday (REALLY love, even though the one I used all day yesterday was cracked today L). I’m thinking I might have vaped it too hot or maybe I just tightened it too much. It’s actually for an 801 and I’m using an adapter so it will fit the 510 style batteries I have.
Anyways, I just wanted to introduce myself and hopefully get enough posts so I can buy a few things and sign up for the Atlanta meet-up in May J

Welcome to ECF!!

Hope you didn't throw that FluXomizer's insides away! You can replace the tube with the body of a BD 3mL syringe and vape on. The original tubes from the manufacturer are pure junk, but easy to replace. The coils and wicks are easy to clean and vape very nice on a wide variety of juice.

Nope, I didn't throw it away (first thing *cags* tought me: throw NOTHING away, lol), in fact I have already cleaned it with boiling water and have it drying :) I did see that you could buy replacement tubes but when the time comes maybe I will try a syringe...what does BD stand for? BTW I got it from GotVapes.

Thanks Nahoo! My kids are happy-No yucky smell & oldest DD has been hounding me about all the toxins since she went through the DARE program :)

AND...last night my hubby only vaped as well, woohoo! I honestly thing I have spent more on finding juice for him and his friend who is interested than I have on stuff for myself, lol.

BD = Becton Dickinson, the manfacturer that makes the syringes that fit the best for modding the crackedomizers. They are available at various ECF vendors or thru amazon, or your local drug store
(if you have the nerve to ask at the counter :) )

Well, I actually already have a syringe from my local pharmacy. I didn't realize I would need one to fill the smart carts and it was going to be a few days until I got the one that was coming with the fluxomizer. But my sister works there so it was really no biggie to ask. :)

How do I tell what brand the syringe is? I already threw the packaging away and honestly, I didn't pay it much attention.

Well, you don't want to cut up your filling syringe,, but if you take a utility knife and trim off the top and bottom, make it the same size as the broken tube, and if the coil assembly is a good tight fit (no juice leaks) you're good to go! :vapor:

If you are like the most of us you will buy buy buy LOL Everytime I see a sale there goes a few more bucks and now that I am doing the DIY thing there is more money on nic juice pg vg flavorings and accessories and the list goes on I figure I will slow down soon as I will eventually have everything I need and I figure it is wroth it to be off the nasty analogs
