Hey all…Well I’m one of you now….Last night was my first time trying vaping…Being a pack and a half a day smoker for longer than I can remember…I must say I am impressed…Granted I’ve only gone through 2 carts…But approaching the 24 hour period…I’ve smoked a grand total of 3 analogs…

Some quick reading here steered me to buy an ego starter kit…a sample pack of juices, some empty carts…and a couple of "regular" juice bottles…I already realize I’m gonna have to put in another order pretty quick….

Personally…When using one of the high nicotine tobacco carts… I didn’t find vaping to feel or taste that much different than smoking a regular cig…When I switched to a lower nic cart…I did need to increase my usage to satisfy my fix….I feel my only mistake was not to go with a higher nicotine level juice to start with…I’m going to fix that on my next order….

Anyhoo….All things considered….I’m quite happy….I’ve still got lots to learn but this forum is a treasure-trove of information…..And you all seem like a friendly bunch too…

I do have one quick question…I’m a carpenter…I’m often immersed in sawdust during the course of a day …I need some kind of hard sided case for my ego…Anyone have any suggestions?…It only has to hold my ego…other stuff....juice, batts, etc. I don’t need to carry on me…Thanks

I was a pipe smoker and no way could you have convinced me I was gonna leave the leaf. That went out the window quick. Vaping since February and and amassing quite the stash of juice. My JAD (juice aquisition disorder) is taking hold of me like with my tobacco (TAD). If you are like most of us, you will want that juice to be handy. I can sit here at the pc and burn my lips off if I am not careful. Just don't forget to make sure that battery is charged, nothing worse than being stuck without power, willpower sucks to fight till the e-smoke is ready to go

I second the hard-shelled glasses case. That's what I use all the time. They are the perfect size....and cheap. If you don't have one around already, they can be had usually at your local Dollar store (for $3.00....go figure!) lol I even have several...in different colors to match different...."stuff"....purses, cell phone cases (several!!), etc.

Thanks for the quick replies...Never thought of a glasses case(don't wear 'em...yet)...will definately try that...

Tyrible...After my intial exuberance wore off...my thoughts turned to the possible predicaments you speak of...While I'm sure the batteries on my ego will hold up fine during work...I do worry about my computer time vaping causing signifcant drain...I'm planning on buying a by-pass(?) just to save on the wear and tear....And yes juice....more juice....lol...

I have a Riva.. there's slightly bigger than an eGo. I used a tin that I had from the box my ecig came in and cut it down to fit. I used my fiance's metal cig case and did the same for his riva. They work great!. I just carry the juice with me but you could cut a spot for it too. Eyeglass case works too but i don't like my stuff rolling around or damaging the finish. Here's mine.
