Just bought a MAP Tank for my Infinity

Ok guys, I just bought a MAP tank 3.2ohm for my Infinity and would like to know what would be the best voltage setting to start out with.

I always start out at about 4 volts with anything new. For mine thats where I can just see the white line on the left of the window. Then its hit turn hit turn hit turn until its perfect.

Just start it at the white line. At 3.2Ohms I wouldn't be too concerned.

Let me know how you like it. I've been trying to get one of those. I finally got the clearomizers to work good, but had to mod them to get them to wick right. Got some LED's on order to put in them.

That's one thing I don't like about them clers and flux is you buy them then have to fix them so they work right. Good thing cars and other products aren't sold that way.

I agree. The $3 tank mod is a helluva lot easier to maintain and replace the carto, as well.

I might give it a try. The electronics part of this stuff is no problem, but I have no experience with anything else. Doesn't look too hard though. And it would be a bigger space for those LED's too.

I have a Map Tank but I'm still going to build one of those. They look pretty cool I think.

I have a mini using 3.0-3.2 right now... too cool at 3.7 and too hot at 5v...exactly why I can't wait for my Buzz I'm guessing closer to 4 would be good. I picked up a couple of regular MAP tanks in anticipation of my Buzz getting here... Also read that the fluxomizers are in at 3.5-3.6 ohm and may give them a whirl. I would build one of those DIY tanks if I had time, maybe some weekend I'll give it a try after I find the parts I need.
