That is something that puzzles me. More and more places are selling them, but have yet to see any one using them.

And on a related subject. I stopped at a C-store yesterday and they had something that looked like a eGo knock off and bottles of juice from Vapor X. Interestingly the store was called EZ GO!

Blus and several similar brands have been advertised heavily on the radio in Charlotte for months. Still, I never see anyone using one....

I went to a gas station a while ago, like, February, for a pack of papers because I had watched that video where scott demonstrates how wrapping a bit of paper around a genny wick before you burn it will provide a nice layer of carbonation.

this old man who was peering at the cigalikes overheard me and said "WHY DON'T YOU GET ONE OF THESE INSTEAD?!" He was a bit taken aback when i brandished my telescope at him.

wound up suggesting he try a njoy king before shelling out for a blu and telling him about the B&M down the road.

Cig-alikes are the "gateway device" for many who make the transition from smoking to vaping.

I may not admire the performance/price of them (or the "closed ecosystem" of their business model) especially from the viewpoint of a now educated consumer. I can not deny that they are an attractive and frequently taken transitional step for many smokers.

So, if they help ANYONE quit burning analogs, then I am willing to keep my negative statements about their performance/value/TCO to myself (or only speak about it with other educated consumers).

First, howdy neighbor... Work in mck and live in plano.

Not just gateway!
Couple of months ago I charged one of my 2 490 batteries (I've since bought more) the night before going to court yet again over custody stuff. Even tho I was taking ex and he was way way in the wrong I was stressed and nervous as all heck.
In my rush in the morning to get kids ready and wear a suit and dry my hair (normally I don't) I forgot to grab fresh charged battery and after I dropped kids off I took a hit off my mod and got the dead battery alert.
I was worried about not being early so I couldn't turn back. There was a store en route but not open yet.... I considered a pack of smokes but I hadn't touched one in so long...
Finally it dawned on my gas stations are selling ecigs. I pulled off thinking I'd have to buy a njoy or similar and was surprised they has a little 650 ego/c4 kit for 15 bucks.
I bought it and whacked my tank on it and while it looked crazy took the edge off all that stress ;)

I've. Heard of similar stories too. Sometimes it is good emergency equipment!

I am grateful for Blu. Their magazine ad let me to Google, then Youtube and finally Madvapes where I purchased a Q105 kit for a whopping 10 bucks. My sole motivation was money and I thought at least it could get me through times/places when I couldn't have a nasty.
Seems like a very long time ago.

Now I just like having a habit with so many accompanying toys. Well, of course the health aspects are obvious, too.

Don't matter what directions you got or road you took what's important is that you made it here :D
