Ive seen many flashlight mods here and they are all using 901 atomizers? Why not 801 atomizers? Just curious because with all that extra battery life wouldnt you want more cart volume? Is there any reason why 901 atomizers are used more frequently in these mods?

Chelu, I've thought about that and I'm doing a penstyle also. I don't use carts but I believe the penstyle atomizer will hold more liquid, and I prefer the thinner penstyle mouthpieces to the 901. If I do end up liking the penstyle more and decide to switch to those then I'll be selling a few magnum type devices for the 901. I do prefer the easier draw and mouthpiece.

I think it's just that the guys doing the mods preferred the 901. It tends to look more masculine in their hands. When the batteries wore out, that is the materials they had to work with. The 801s are bound to come around, the 901 is simply more widely used by the tinkering types.
