i'm sure everyone does this, at least once at some point, but i have to give it up to rob and his customer service. i stumbled onto his page searching for a supplier on the east coast that had good reviews, good turn around time as far as when you order and actually receive your package(s) and GP popped up alot. i've only ordered a few things from there (mainly batts) and i won't lie, and he may or may not remember, but my first ego-usb came in and it the box was crushed, nothing inside was able to be used, it was very frusterating, and not on his part because i knew it wasn't his doing. sent him a message on here and BAM!, he responded...
and had a replacement in the mail not an hour later. i couldn't have been happier, and not the next day, but the following day, it was there. Unfortunately for me, i recently broke my ego and had to order a new one and the first place i went was GP, placed my order, added a few liquids since i hadn't had any of his (which he threw in a sample of menthol too hehehehe) and just like clock-work, 2 days tops and i'm puffing away. and the liquid i've ordered i couldn't be happier. not only has GP and rob treated me well, but he takes suggestions and is quick to respond to any questions you may have, which i know from experience recently talking to him about the eGo tank system and what tanks and colors he's gonna be getting in. BUT since i'm rambling on on here, thanks rob for all the support and all the great work you've been doing and i am looking forward to doing business with ya in the future. and for those who haven't checked them out....ya should.
