Got notice from our CC co today that we got zapped this past weekend..and..it 'wasn't' from an on-line e-cig purchase either! Card info, based on the charges, got lifted from some local shop (as far as we can determine a local mini-mart) where my better-half stopped every now and again for those emergency spur-of-the-minute purchases... Should say 'used to' stop at... So it isn't 'always' an on-line e-cig supplier, or other on-line retailer, who should get the blame when one of us gets ripped off... Just saying...

The person doing the ripping off for one. They are clever little scum and they find ways around every security measure there is. Now if the business owner was lax in security then they share the blame, if the cc user was careless, say buying online with no protection on their PC then they also share the blame. Lets face it though the most guilty party is the one that does the thieving.
