I think you need at least 15 posts. At this point you only have 10.

If "Edit Signature" doesn't show up as the first selection under "User Control Panel" when you click on "Quick Links" then you don't have enough posts yet.

Passed up a lot of those types of banners because I never could figure out how to calculate my savings. Never could figure out how many carts equaled how many analogs... So, I just settled on the time-line one.
