And saw soooo many mods that want to be Reos/Woodvils but they were heavy, overpriced, and most just kind of ugly. I came away from that show appreciating my mod so much more. Especially since for what most of them were asking I got an atomizer as well, not to mention some spare parts for both. I even looked at a bunch of different type mechs and couldn't justify paying what they wanted for them because of what I already had in hand.

My money will be better off saved and used on another Reo or a Woodvil when I get a chance. Keep up the great work on these awesome pieces of vaping goodness. So thank you Reos for saving me some $$ in the long run by already having the best on the market.

It's getting to be a big vaping galaxy out there, no? And here we are, living at the shapely center of it.

Did you show your bad boy gear off just to turn some heads?

Oh yeah I had it out the whole time, and it is nice to be in the center of it for sure. It did get a lot of looks when I placed in on counters to drip test juice into my mech. Pwheeler and I were just happily puffing away just looking at juice and drip tips because ours trumped anything there.

You got that right! Those wooden mods were like chunks of wood instead of the fine artistry of a Woodvil. I hung around fir another half hour after you left, but nothing came close to what I have.

I don't go out much anymore. Sounds like you guys had a interesting day. Did you take any pictures?

Had a great time at Vape Summit and getting to meet and hang around with Travis and another ECF member, DG. I'm with Travis, in that we were spending so much time checking everything out that we didn't take a lot of pictures.

Here's one of the floor

All in all, had a great time, and looking at some of those high priced tubes and bulky wood mods. Really made me appreciate the craftsmanship and artistry of what I already had in my hands!

I went to Vape Summit II as well and it was a fun event. My first big vape event. Took my Reo Grand and got quite a few questions on it. Gave out the Reo website to a few more interested parties. One person even stopped me asking if I knew anywhere to get some good "squonking atties" like the BF VA Cyclone I was running.

To me there wasn't much interesting hardware IMO outside of some super-high-end "art pieces" available only through lottery. Otherwise mostly mechanical tube mods and drippers selling around what you can find them online for anyway. Plus I didn't need any at the moment.

It was mostly an eliquid vendor show and on that front it was amazing. So many new-to-me eliquids to sample, lots of freebies, and lots of good deals. Plenty of good eliquid to be found for $5-8 a 30ml bottle. Between what I purchased and what I bought I got about 300ml for $45 and half of that was spending $25 for 90ml of Coval Vapes Churro which is cheaper than I can get it online.

It was a good introduction to what a big vape event can be and I'm glad I went.

Was my first one as well, was a good time! And I agree about the mods the raffle ones would've been worth buying a ticket if I could have stayed till the drawings. Other than that everything was so $$, I kept looking at the AR mods I just like the look of them but $180.00 for a battery tube no thanks. I would just buy another Reo before it came to that.
