I love mad vapes... they have the fastest shipping of any supplier.... my madvapes care package arrived with my maxi roughstack... I swear the pics do not do it justice....maybe its the whole "I work in a machine shop " thing, but I really like the feel of the tool markings ...these batteries cannot charge fast enough...

Congrats on the maxi, they clean up real pretty with a little emery cloth..
Been using the 5v NiMH batteries in mine, and it's become my sweet spot.

i have the 5v nimh and the 16340s that came w it... my only issues are the 16340s won't fire , and I have to dig out my soldering iron tomorrow so I can raise the contact , otherwise its twist n fire for the nimh...

That's a little unusual. The button tops won't fire but the flat top does? Or are your 16340s flat tops too?

Congrats! I love my v1 roughstack! I work at a sand plant (dusty as all hell), have dropped it on concrete, on metal grating and floors, still works like new! I did however flood the switch with juice a coupla times, and that plus silica dust had me buyin a new switch
