Just got my Green Smoke e-cig for Xmas

Hi Folks :D

I am a newbie from Maryland USA.
Been smoking now (off and on) since I was 16 years old, now I am
56!!
Got my first Green Smoke e-cig as a Xmas gift and am still getting
used to it. So far, I really love it and have already cut way down
on the analog cig's.
This thing put out more "smoke" than I would have thought, so I am
pleasantly supprised.
I also ordered a Joye 510 w/ manual bats to compare with the GS, I
havent gotten it yet though.
I also ordered some e-juice from "Tasty Vapor" on the recommendation
of members on this forum, so cant wait to try those out.

The GS does not have the best tasting smoke in the world, but wow,
does it ever put out the vapor!! I would same it puts out as much
smoke as my "real" Marly Lites!

So far, it has not completly replaced my desire for analogs, but it does
satisfy the "nicotine" craving, and I can see it being very useful at the
office. I will not have to go outdoors in the freezing weather to smoke
anymore.

Overall, these things are a god sent for me, and even if it does not
make me quit analogs, I will at least cut down quite alot.

Do you folks like to experiment with different brands, or do most of you
stick with one and use it all the time?

I just got my Green Smoke for Christmas and am new to the board here. I have been trying to find people who have bought the Green Smoke. Being my first e-cig and all has made me curious if I made the right choice. I love how much vapor it lets out and love the 2 part system. However the costumer service experience I had over there. Has me so frustrated I am about to send it back. They sent my package to the wrong address, then sent the wrong mg carts, and the back up battery is totally messed up. We have tried everything and it will not hold a charge. So they are sending me a new one, in which I have to pay to send the other back. Right off the bat I don't feel that is right. First I had to wait and wait which I could let go, cause of Christmas. The wrong address was interesting, because back ordered carts came first and the kit to the wrong house second. Then the fact that I asked for a sample cart set, because I didn't like the standard stuff coming in kit ick to me. So I paid 5 extra for that. Got the orginal carts that I did not want and a bum battery after waiting and waiting. Then a coupon for 10 off for the other wrong mg carts, that came first. Whoopie doesn't cover a new pack of carts. They said I could send the wrong mg carts back for new ones. You know for something brand spaking new what is up with having to pay to send stuff back? Other companies have gave me a printed pre paid labels. I could understand if this was after the 30 days and my fault. Come on Green Smoke. So after much arguing with this man in which he insulted me, yelled at me and pretty much made me livid. He is sending me a new battery in which I need to send bum one back. Sample pack of carts and not sure on if he wants the regular ones from kit back or if it will even be the right mg. It was hard to get thing's clear with this man. I can't help but think he was dealing with messed up orders all day. I never in my life would treat my customers like he did me! Just kept yelling at me that I wasn't listening to him. They all sound like they are talking over Skype and I was told there was no supervisor. I would still really like to speak with one! Overall I have been debating getting the 510 and sending it all back. I really love the product and once I get some other juice in it, cause their's so far is not the best by far. Of course I didn't get to try the carts I ordered. Sorry to go on a rant here, but congrats on the new ecigs! Since getting mine I have tried to smoke one camel menthol and about threw up. These e-cigs I believe are a life saver and amazing. I just wish Green Smoke wouldn't have made my first e cig such a frustrating experience. I'm hoping they make thing's right with me. I would like to keep my Green Smoke. But dang it shouldn't be this frustrating they messed up and should just make things right for me the customer. From what I see I paid almost 150 or more. I don't know what I am up to with them yet. I see much cheaper kits and carts. Any advice on what to do? I would be grateful. Happy New Year everyone. I love this board and all the info!!!!!:evil:
