I don't know anything directly, but was put off when I found so many bogus sites claiming to be "independent reviews" that wound up to be registered to the company. That's deceptive, and if they'll do that before you've given them your money, what will they do after they've got it and they have no more use for you?

At least that's the way my mind works.

I quit with the Greensmoke system. It is pretty overpriced for what you get. It works ok, but the battery life is bad, the refills are expensive and overall the system is, as stated, highly overpriced. I think they have a 30-day return period. Unfortunately, I would recommend returning it and going with something like a 510 starter kit. You can get a good one for like $40 and it works a lot better. I struggled mightily with the Green Smoke kit until I upgraded to better (and cheaper) models. The two-piece system seems convenient, but I found that their cartomizers burn and don't last long at all. I would look for sealed, manual batteries, a three-piece system and a better price. That's my opinion.

There are many other good options to consider!

808, eGo, box mods can all be had for less and will be more satisfying for most people.

ScottinSoCal is right, BTW about their tricky marketing tactics. They got me pretty good.

Still, there's no harm in trying it out. It is a pretty accurate replica of a real cigarette and their tobacco flavor is good. You can still return the unit for a refund, they just might not credit you for the used cartomizers. Having no experience, I liked it a lot at first. It was just not up to snuff when I went off regular cigarettes completely.

A cartridge holds e-liquid and is used with a separate atomizer (the part that turns that e-liquid into vapor). A cartomizer (green smoke uses these) is a disposable atomizer/cartridge combo that holds e-liquid and converts it to vapor in one piece.

so that 510 boge is a 2 peice design like greensmoke? basically the same? what would be the advantage getting this over a joye 510?

What do you think you want in an ecig? I mean, does the size matter? Do you want more control over the experience? Do you think you have to have one that looks like a cigarette. Vaping is much different than smoking actually, but it is a great alternative. The beauty and beast of it is that it is so customizable and unique to each person.

It is only two-piece if you add 510 cartomizers with it. It comes with separate atomizers and cartridges. I think it is basically the same thing as the joye 510, just from a different manufacturer. There are many different vendors and manufacturers. I just used the boge as an example.
