Okay, so I started vaping at the end of last year, around November if I remember correctly. Anyways, fast forward to around the Oscars were broadcast and I lost it. I work for ABC and we produce the show, so you can imagine of all the stress that I had to go through come show time. At that time, I was vaping the 510 and prior to the Oscars, it was heaven on earth. Unfortunately, when I needed my 510 the most, it started failing on me. I just couldn't take it anymore with the maintenance, leakage, and cart mods, that I fell back down the rabbit hole and started going back to analogs.
Fast forward to last week when I decided to try out vaping again. I looked around and found that the 510 had an older brother. The new Joye eGo. So I looked around for some reviews and heard nothing but positive responses so I took the dive and ordered the eGo starter kit last Thursday.
I received my kit today, it came in a nice package. I opened it up and I was surprised at the look of the thing. It's just a little bigger than the 510 but it still manages to pull off the sexy elegant look. The first thing I did was plug one of the batts to charge because I was headed off to work. To my surprise it came fully charged! I thought to myself, "Great! I can quit analogs today and start using my eGo!" So I assembled my little baby together and primed the atty with the Health Pear juice which was included in my order; all I have to say is WOW. This thing is a champ. I had an old 510 battery that I charged lying around and compared it to that, it was no contest. The eGo wins hands down. Nice vapor production, nice flavor, great throat hit. Everything was perfect. The juice is also nice. I love the smell and taste. It's definitely one to keep for the record books.
I barely had this unit for 3 hours, been vaping non stop and the batty is still going strong. I brought the usb charger with me to work as I am testing out how long the batty last with my usage. I consider myself a moderate to heavy vapor user. We'll see by the end of the night how that goes.
I do have to say, I am already planning to buy my spare parts pretty soon. I want to get 2 extra battys, 2 sets of the cartomizers (5 in a pack), and 2 extra chargers (one for the car and two for the house), and a EZ refill kit. Now my question is, should I go for the 900 mAh or stick with the 650 mAh battys?
Thanks for the time. It's good to be back.
