just got my mako !

so ive been vaping for about 1.5 years and have been using and ego passthrough with carts,tanks and just about every 510 atomizer out there.this experience was ehh ok.
i just got a mako midi v3 after doing tons of research and chose this due to build quality,replacement parts availability,overall availability,and cost.
so far i am extremely happy with this mod.very simple and absolutely blew me away at 6 volts i nearly made myself sick.lol
i dont think ill ever bother with any less than this mako with a jtank mod. get it!

I like your choice, overall I have a preference for all mechanical pv's . The Mako's look classy.

Twotone i have its cousin a megalodon and did look at the mako long and hard and almost bought it instead .

yea i actually wanted the stainless megaladon. but both were out of stock .on a technical side they really are no different. the new v3 mako has the same button and top basically.
and i definitely go for the simple mechanical versions.they are reliable. i suppose if i sat home in bed all day id buy a provari.lol

Anyways i heard from the make in the UK of the don there is a vv module that will fit the current ones in the making for the future.
There on the 2nd protype and having some problems now its my wonder if it will fir the mako as well if and when it eventually comes to market.

interesting. i assume if they build it into the button itll work on both and that would be a good idea from a marketing standpoint.but im not sure it would work on both in the top

Yes i think they are and then we would both get to enjoy varieable voltage something i been wanting to try .
Still thinking about going the cheap route as i wait and buy the madvapes vv box mod for 35.00.

yea but the thing with vv is even if you can vape at 6v with say a 186500 battery its not going to last long

Yeah it will be intersteing as i never tried anything over the standard 3.7 just i hear somewaht higher can be even better .Toime will tell i hope this comes to fruition.

you never tried anything higher? oh you must try it! i really dont want to go back at all to 3.7. even old atomizers that i would have tossed fire right up at 6!lol the downfall i found out today is this thing dies in about 4 hours. so now im looking for a cr2 battery with more than 300 mah

Oh wait i did once time real quick i took just a few hits and they were very very warm. What i did was stack both my 18350 batts in megalodon with the both sleeves on and took a hit then another the little ce2 sizzled like a steak slapping a hot grill and the vape well it was very warm actually kinda to warm. lol
The volts i figure was what like 7.0 to 7.4 cause each batt is 3.7.
Each of those small batts is rated at 1200 mah. I say small because the 18650s i have are much bigger and rated at 2400mah.
Never tried it again as i wasn't crazy about the vape.

Yea that's too high lol. After trying 3.7 and 6 volts I've come to the conclusion that 5 volts would be the best
