But the directions say to take the caps off both ends of the cart, then remove the cap. I thought the cap stayed on? lol
So do I take the white plastic thing with the hole in it off? aaa

Whitbit they are talking about the condom on the cap end. Leave the white cap on . Must have made a typo when they were doing those.

yeah the white cap has to be on. it is essential for the vapor to form
