I was so thrilled to see this in the mail. I charged it overnight and it vapes like a champ. A big champ. I like the absence of an led on the end, too. Mine is chrome w/the manual battery (discovered through using my manual passthru that I like this style). It's chic looking and I also got the double link silver lanyard to wear around my neck. LeCig's lanyard selection is incredible and they're only $12.

I'll update later after I've used the Pig a bit more. I use my passthru during the day at work.

Yep, it's an 808 and I liked that I can use my existing/smaller cartomizers with this bigger model. I must say I'm impressed by the megacarto though.

This really is a beautiful model. I prefer my chrome one though.

Mine was approx 8 sec cutoff.

Hmmm, that's really too short for my needs, unless, because it puts out double the power that my current batt (with 13 sec cutoff)puts out, longer draws are not necessary? I'm trying to decide whether this would be a worthwhile investment, but I'm looking for a step up, not sideways.

Something only you can decide. I did end up returning mine, but I think it may have been defective. It blinked a lot.

Edit: You should know that Customer Service is amazing. I would definitely buy from them again.

Did they send you another or did you pass and move on to something else? Just curious because if it was really as wonderful as people say, I'm thinking you didn't share that sentiment for some reason?

I just got a refund. It is a nice PV, but the short cutoff time, and blinking bothered me. As I said mine may have been defective, and I didn't want to risk a replacement. Compared to my manual kr808's the power felt about the same or a bit better, and the PigCig battery would last longer which is why I bought it.

It just wasn't for me. So I guess your right, I don't think it's as wonderful as others do.

They do have a great return policy, so you could try it, but if your worried about the cutoff time, I think that may be the deal breaker for you. Everyone's different. :)

Got my Pig Cig about 2 days ago & so far it is working as described.
It last me 26 hours before it stopped firing the carto.
It did take about 2 hrs to recharge, instead of 1 to 1 1/2 hrs. as advertised, but fires any carto that I use.
Seems to like the higher ohm carots better or maybe it's just me.
I have used FluXomizers, Boge, Truman 3.3 & some that I received in a Smoke Tip kit.
All of which have preformed well but the battery is notched for their cartos & that leaves a little airy on some cartos.
Other than that I am very pleased as to the time between charges as that is what I was looking for.

You bring up a very interesting point here and I've been wondering if this has been the cause of my problem with cartos, in general, not working very well. I know blank cartos from any manufacturer should work with any type of batt, if they are threaded the same, but I do find that if you pair carto and batt from same supplier, it works a lot better. I'd love to hear other peoples theories on this!

I have some cartos that are NOT notched and they will work all my 808 auto batteries, but not my manuals. On the other hand I have 808 cartos that ARE notched that work with everything else I own. I think MsOcean's theory about matching cartos and batteries to the manufacturer is probably the safest way to insure compatibility.
