I was starting to get discouraged because the cartridges all tasted like burnt plastic, cleaning cartos sounded like a chore, and topping off constantly was a real bummer. Then a fellow vaper told me about the Riva-T which fits on my Riva 510. Heaven. Nice clean taste, easy to fill, and attractive price wise. Just ordered three more from cropduster 901 and had a nice chat with Tony (yes, spoke to an actual person). He was very helpful. Know this might not be the answer for everyone, but for a beginner like me it made the whole process a lot simpler. Won't swear that I'll never upgrade, but am very happy for now.

Just moved from the i510 from ivape.com to a dual coil lores carty and tank and I'm in heaven as well.

Woo Hoo congrats on finding yourself a good setup and it's working out. Nothing is more annoying than having issues when vaping. You also might consider picking up a box of Boge cartomizers and giving them a try also. One Boge carto can last a long time depending on what type of juice you use in it. Don't bother cleaning them...they are cheap enough to just toss when the draw gets hard. Rule of thumb with anything to do with vaping, keep it wet or you'll get the dread burnt taste.
