Just juice - Blackcurrant & Lime Ice

Another interesting fruit combination, with the tartness of blackcurrant and the acidity of lime, served juicy and well chilled. As this is not a familiar blend for me, I started the taste test again with great enthusiasm and interest.
Unwrapping the aroma, I suddenly smelled a strong and very pleasant aroma of blackcurrant, in which the lime does not yet play a very important role.
The steaming starts with a strong icing, followed by the blackcurrant and finally the lime. The cooling, as in the previous test, is really strong and supports the fruit flavours well, with the blackcurrant as the main flavour juicy as a filtered soft drink. The lime adds a touch of acidity to the whole, making the soup tart and sour. Sometimes the slightly oily taste of the lime comes out, sometimes you just taste the sour lemony taste. It's true that it belongs to the fruit category, but it still pulls away towards the drinkable soups, as this 'filtered blackcurrant' flavour seems to fit the name of the product better, nevertheless it gives me more of a refreshing drinkable impression. Although I'm only on my second taste test from the manufacturer, the name "Just juice" itself is really just about juicy fruit wrapped in an ice-cold summer robe. The flavours really do reflect the authenticity of the fruit as described, all in a premium finish, and not so harshly priced that you can't indulge every now and then.
