I vaped exclusively in RMS mode the second I got the device a couple months back, but recently I was just not liking the kick I was getting. I would crank up the wattage but it would just taste burnt after a couple of hits. I switched back to VV mode and have been pretty happy with the kick. I'm using Iclear clearos right now and it seems to have more kick without getting a burnt taste. Could just be me and the clearo but I'm digging the VV.

I think what they are saying is they use the Variable Voltage setting rather than the Variable Wattage setting. From everything I have seen, you are better off staying in the RMS setting, just switch between the volts vs watts setting. I have used both and use the watts to avoid doing the calculations for the volt setting.
