Just ordered a Big Brother Vari-Cool from Ken's Box Mods

I know a lot of you are tube mod fans, but I like carrying a 2AA box on my belt. I have several of Ken's other mods and I've always been impressed with the quality of his work. If you're looking for something super small with a lot of punch you might want to take a look.

Yes it's good at keeping the voltage consistent, most mods VV mods are. I've owned and built many and the only one I've come across so far with that issue is the LavaTube.

I honestly don't find boxmods too attractive.. But I'm really pondering the thought of bringing it around to show my friends, pretending it's a breathalyzer. "Look dude! I just blew a 4.2!" Hahahahahahahahaha

For me it's more about function than looks. The 2AA box is small, light and fits perfectly in a Janty Joye Stick belt pouch. Even a 3AA box is too big for my tastes.

Good call Banjo.. it'll be perfect for me out and about. Long battery life and a meter. Looks like I'm going to grab one soon.

Ha the guy wrote me write back with one of my questions. Great service. I searched for other box mods with a meter to compare and Ken's looks like the best so far.

I've dealt with a lot of different vendors and when it comes to service Ken is one of the best out there. You won't be unhappy.

Cannot go wrong w/ Ken's Boxes.

Big Daddy VV is days of vaping...
I run DC 2s and 2.5s
Even the little 3.7 w/ single 14500 is great running the 1.7 SCs.
I don't have much to compare them to, but I know I am pleased.
Slammed Big Daddy in the car door yesterday, snapped him all back together and took off vaping like nothing ever happened.
The 2X14500 Metered VV is on my list.

I'm looking forward to it.. thanks again for the tip their banjo. Ken and I exchanged a few emails, very helpfull. He reminded me to get two more batts as a back up ha I forgot it took two. This unit is going to be in my pocket for shipping trips, out and about it'll be perfect. Also picked up a volt meter, allways good to have those on hand. This will be my first box, and I tell you what once it hits the mailbox my lavatube is going in the swaps.
