It comes with the regular 510 carts. Not sure what you mean by big carts...the mega 510 carts? If yes, you'd have to order them and the matching mega atty.

Yes, it's a 'super-sized' 510 battery. You'll like the mega atty and carts...my friend has them and is quite pleased with them. (I drip so I haven't tried them.)
I know there is tons of info on the forum about dripping but im scared when i drip on to the atty. I feel like it is going to burn up. Sometimes i will put one or two drops on the atty and then put in the cart. How does dripping work. What should i search for in the search box?
I bought the mega attys and carts with my Tornado. The mega carts hold about 24-25 drops. I like it so much I just bought another whole rig. The battery lasts me all day with moderate vaping. The only time a battery went dead on me, it produced great vapor on the last hit before it blinked out. Although I do not have anything else to compare to being a noob, and from reading all the reviews prior to the initial purchase, I love this machine. 18 days with no analogs after 27 years of Marlb Lights. I have had no issues whatsoever with the unit, just the person operating it trying out different cart mods flooding it.

There is probably a lot of info here on dripping but I think it's all spread out. What you've done is dripping though. With a 510 or Tornado, you don't want to do more than 3 drops or you run the risk of flooding the atty.
I drip because I got tired of futzing with the filler material. I also have SuperT manufacturing T-tips that replace the cartridge and you drip into the mouthpiece which flows on down to the atty...very convenient. Nhaler has just come out with Delrin drip tips for the same purpose.
