I ordered my silver bullet in the silver vein finish today and got confirmation already. Can't wait to get it as I have heard nothing but how great these are!!

Hi Sherlynn, I don't think you'll be disappointed. Remember when I received mine way back when? The couple of things I notice with the batteries is the two 3 volt tenergy rcr 123a last about 6 hours for me and hit pretty well. The two lifepo 3.2 volt hit like a ..... and last about 4 hours.
Ever since cddz suggested a drip tip on a cartomizer that is all I have used and now my egos and rivas are collecting dust. I'm still waiting for a l.r. carto that I can use with the 3.7 battery. I don't know if anyone has made any yet that are worth buying. Anyway it was great hearing from you again and I hope you will post back and say what ya think of it.

Oh and try to break it.....lol...right!

unrecommended higher voltage...I'll assume that was directed at my post. Your kidding right?

I can't speak for Wolf, but I think that statement was in regards to Altsmoke's disclaimer found on both the SB ordering page and the Silver Bullet Maintenance Page:

The Silver Bullet is not intended to used with anything but (1x) rechargeable 18650 Protected Battery.

Many, many people vape at 6v (some even higher) with the SB, but Altsmoke does caution against that and states if you choose to stack batteries you do so at your own risk. Personally, I don't care for 6v vaping and use the recommended 3.7v 18650 batteries with a low-resistance atomizer. That, combined with the hot spring, is perfection.

I love nothing more than when someone tries to insult you and misspells your user name. It's almost as funny as when someone calls you stupid and spells it incorrectly. Now, if you'll excuse me I have to go polish my crown.

Meh, edited. I won't further engage childish snark from people who continue to be butthurt when they assume someone has called something they do into question.

I was only pointing out that the Silver Bullet is an excellent vape without resorting to the unsafe practice of stacking cells. There are warnings all over this site as well as the Alt Smoke site.

As far as insults go Jenn <<<< "satisfied" I can read and sometimes I can spell. I felt the insult came from you. ... and my .... is just fine. Maybe you should let folks speak for themselves.

I was only pointing out that the Silver Bullet is an excellent vape without resorting to the unsafe practice of stacking cells. There are warnings all over this site as well as the Alt Smoke site.

I do not feel there is anything at all unsafe about stacking protected batteries. I've only heard of one instance out of how many thousands and thousands of people who stack where someone was hurt. I don't even know the details of the situation. If anyone has a reference as to an article or statement made by this individual I would like to read it. The only hearsay to my ears:: "it was user error" blah blah but I don't know.
I believe if I follow the directions of stacking.. keep em paired, check the voltage and inspect the batteries before each use...I will be just fine. No problems at all for me in 9 months and don't see one in the future as long as I follow directions and use common sense.
The warning and caution statements IMO are only to protect the vendor and the statements from ECF are to protect ECF.......of course...I get that! really I do.
Use a condom for safe sex...but wait..we need a warning label because they may break. The dude with the 14 inch schlong (sp. sry jen) who bought the size small forced that warning label.

But now, after having said my peice < hehe on how I feel about stacking batteries, I do see that it is possible for someone to just "go for it" and not follow safety precautions and simply blow themselves up. I wouldn't want that on my (insert spelling help). Believe it or not, I do follow safety guidelines and I can and have read most of our vendors statements and warnings.

I think now would be a good time to just say....Stay away from stacking batteries. Please, don't do as I do...do as I say.
I absolutely love the Silver Bullet ...would someone please direct me to where I can find a l.r. carto, with filler (no syringes) the rubber top so I can pop it off and use a drip tip, that is worth investing my money in. My 3.7 2400 mah is waiting patiently.:)

Look, Rockyroad, I'm not really sure why you took issue with what Wolf posted or what I posted. I don't think Wolf's comment was obviously directed at you, nor did I think me posting a mere quote from the Altsmoke site was insulting. Even if Wolf was referring to how you choose to vape or what batteries you use, it wasn't as if Wolf said you're a dumb knob or anything. As I said, I can't speak for Wolf, but your response to Wolf's post about unrecommended voltage was unnecessarily snarky and I was simply pointing out what Altsmoke's website says. No need to get the undies in a twist over it.

If you want to throw two 3v batteries in your SB and vape with a low-resistance atomizer on top of that and blow your mind (not that you're doing this, but I'm just using it as an extreme example) then whatever floats your boat make it sail. People can do whatever they damn well please with their own PV, but they do so at their own risk. Altsmoke and Chad have a responsibility, however, to caution against what is generally deemed as potentially unsafe battery usage. I think most people here who aren't total noobs realize that you should always use protected 3v batteries (or safe chemistry batts) and use matched pairs to reduce any potential for risk, regardless of how slim that risk may be.

Greenhouse One sells a real good Boge 1.5 carto and bridgeless atty that work great at 3.7.
How long have you used the 1.5 carto? does it have the filler with the rubber cap? 1.5 seems like it would burn out quickly but if it lasts at least 4 days this will probably work. I usually toss my regular 510 cartos after 4 or 5 days due to the airflow gets too bad. I already have 5 extras that I have gutted for dripping and that is more than enough for me.
