I placed my order on the 24th well ahead of the holiday madness and today I get shipping confirmation.

6 days to ship.

I dont know, perhaps my equipment vendor and another juice vendor have me spoiled....Does it normally take that long?

Not wanting to whine or ...........Perhaps in the future if I'm down to my last half bottle of juice I'll put my time sensitive orders in elsewhere and order here alittle earlier.

Does everyone understand that they received so many orders they had to take the payment system down? They have so much work to do and at 20% off and free shipping + free goodies, not to mention it was the weekend...I think we can allow them a day or two extra to ship everything out. I ordered Friday and was glad to see that its shipping today.

We usually ship the next day except on days before a postal holiday, Saturdays (because Sunday is always a postal off time), and days before we close. We closed on the 22nd, which is when you put your order in, and processed it with all of the Black Friday orders. It did take a long time but we have worked 16 to 18 hour days since Saturday getting these out to everyone. I can't ask for much more out of my wookies or they'll revolt. In this case the shipping delay is obviously the exception not the rule. However, I'm confident you'll see why it was worth the wait when it arrives and you'll see our real shipping speed on your next order.

AVE ships faster than any vendor I have dealt with. I normally get it to my door in 2 day's from AVE. Other vendors it normally takes 2 to 5 day's before they even ship. I ordered from 2 other vendors 12 day's ago and I still haven't even got a ship notice and really don't know when I will get it. I am not happy about it, thought I got it in early enough but with the holiday's I will forgive them. If on my next order it takes this long it is going to have to be some amazing juice for me to order again.....

On this note, I've always wished you would put things in the mail on Saturdays. Even though mail doesn't deliver, packages do continue to move through transit on Sundays. I always put in orders on Friday (my payday) and wait the agonizing weekend for a shipping notice. I know, you're busy and you and your wookies deserve to drink up some whyren's reserve and play sabaac for a while, but it is on this little ewok's wish list for your already fantastic service and liquid blends ;)

EDIT: accidentally hit "edit post" rather than "reply with quote". Damn the mod tools! (not really) - Porphy

Once the silly season is over and the sales, the shipping times should be much better. Look at my post down the forum about shipping times- around veterans day. The wait just makes it better

If you want to improve your shipping times, you need to ship 1-2 days ahead of the order!! You need to get a telekinetic wookie. No rush on order 17560, 2 100ml bottles of boba's bounty, one 18mg and one 12 mg, just couldn't pass up the sale

I'm still waiting for my black friday order to ship..BUT...I'm happy to do so,Ben & Christy have the finest products out there!
They are marvelous people with undoubtedly the speediest wookies that e juice can bribe.I know that it can be difficult to
be patient Kevin, especially if you are running low on this Godly-Manna,but they certainly deserve their holiday family time.
Just tap your toes together and keep saying...there's no place like Alien Visions...there's no place like Alien Visions...

Ahh good point and I'll explain why we don't..and perhaps give away a trade secret. A package will travel from a local office to an annex but we've never seen it move beyond then until Monday mornings. Here's the catch: we drop off at the main annex (so 0 travel time between the local office and the annex) This trims a day off the postage but makes Saturday shipping uneventful. We take it in 1st thing Monday and they put it on the trucks going out by noon. Which turns out to be how they would travel if we shipped Saturday as well (tried and tested)
