overall, i like it - simpler interface/ device than my smok x cube II, but I like the build/ quality feel, works well - very solid... only 'cons' I have found are - would like it if they provided usb to upgrade firmware and door can be a little clicky, other than that, works great

The only con to the Sigelei 150 TC is that it has a YiHi chip. I have never really liked how the YiHi chip handles temp control. Whenever I do temp control with a YiHi chip, if I take a really long vape, the tail end of the vape starts to taste burnt. I have never had this problem with any other TC mods. Just the Sigelei 150 TC, the IPV4 (which I gave away), and to a lesser extent, the SX Mini.

I've had mine for about 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. I use the TC with a Crown tank and the .15 Ni200 coil and I don't get any burnt tate towards the tail at all. Magnets on the door could be a tad stronger but I haven't had an issue with it opening up during use. I love the look, the rubberized feel, the size, the clicking of the buttons. You won't be disappointed with it and it's a fantastic device.

This may sound like a stupid question, but is it safe to assume that the "power" setting is safe for non temperature devices?

I personally love mine. :D Build quality is nice. Use the Temp Control mode on my Sigelei Elite Tank v2, no burn taste towards the tail at all either. As mentioned before, only con I can see on it is that no usb to upgrade firmware.

Power setting will be safe, I only go into temp mode for my nickel coils. Using it on power right now with a mutation x v4 dual kanthal coils at .44 ohms. I've never tried kanthal on temp mode or nickel on power mode so I can't tell you if there are any problems with it or not, I do know that the temp mode won't work properly if you use kanthal for your coils.

If I can figure out how to get pic on here I will post a pick of my setup. Not letting me at the moment

correct - and NOT a stupid question at all sister - power mode is for running straight wattage, for kanthal coils

agreed - not sure why they did not provide upgrade ability - short-sighted, imo, but still a good box

Just to follow up to my previous post, I never got a burnt taste using a tank with nickel coils. I did however, get a burnt taste using a RDA with nickel coils. I did a little more experimenting and found that I am able to avoid that burnt taste by setting the temp about 50 degrees cooler. For example, with my Velocity RDA on the Sigelei 75, I like vaping it at 450 degrees. On the Sigelei 150, I set it to 400 degrees and I will get a slightly cooler vape, don't get the burnt taste, and get the same vapor production.
