Just placed my first order...

I bought some LR 510 attys, thought I would make a thread to track shipping time and overall experience with these brand of attys.

I am coming from only joye 510 SR attys and figured I'd try something new. For documentation purposes I use a VV Ali'i usually around 4.2V with SR joyes.

I'll keep everybody posted... I am a little anxious bc I have read that these attys are hit or miss, some people say they are great while others, not so much.

well so far so good. I got a notice last night that my order has shipped. I cannot seem to track it using the link from the website however. Tim, is this a glitch or does it take a few days to update?

Hello,

Airmail packages typically show between 3-5 days. EMS should within 2-3 days. Hope that helps.

My appologies........ I didn't realize you hadn't received a tracking number yet and thought you were just having difficulties tracking from china.

I'd suggest contacting Tim through his contact page on his website and email that there is an issue. You should have received a tracking number by now, and it may be quicker to email than wait for an answer here.

I have the order number "RA*********CN" from the invoice. (Order#: 6054 placed on 04/13/2011)
I opted for the $17 shipping.
When I track it via the link on GH1 website, I get a "Invalid Input".

Which other website can I try to track it? The tracking number is consistent with EMS tracking numbers...
It says on the invoice that it was shipped via "other" what is "other"?

It shows that the package is in "FSSHZZJ", which seems to be a translation for "Direct Mail Production Bureau, Foshan" according to Google.

So i guess it means that the package has not moved much.

I will give it a few days.

That's the same one I use Nomdo, it's pretty good. From my experience, a "RA*********CN" number is China Post registered airmail and can take from 2 weeks to 4 weeks to arrive. Once the tracking shows that it has arrived in S.A you can phone the Post Office to get a local tracking number (RI*********ZA) and then track it here: South African Post Office - Parcel Tracking

mt atty order came in yesterday. Ordered 4/13 arrived on 4/30...not bad for airmail. I'm still testing the attys but so far they are decent. Anyone who is thinking of ordering, I say go for it. For the price, it's a good deal

Is this using the EMS shipping? I placed an ordered for some Bridgeless LR atties on 4/30/11 with EMS shipping. The tracking comes back invalid input. If I use PackageMapping then it says "foreign acceptance".

I've traditionally not seen "any" indicators for at least 5 business days following an order using any tracker aside from your seeing now. The 2nd stage shld show something along the lines of "International item has left the origin country and is en route to destination country". Then, its starts updating regularly.
