Aside from the amazing price Liberty Flights was offering on the 510 Rivas, the biggest selling point for me was that it included a LR atty (my only other PV is a Joye 510 as I am still rather new to vaping).

So the details - I direct drip, and primarily use Halo juices. I have been chomping at the bit to try out a LR atty as I love a strong throat hit and was curious about possibly warmer vapor.

For some reason, direct dripping on the LR atty using my Riva, my vapor production is about half of what I am getting on my standard atty using the Joye 510. This was a huge shock to me, and I am wondering if this normal? I was under the impression that I would be getting much more vapor out of the LR atty. I've cleaned it twice using the highping method (finally got the primer taste out), and I have noticed a flavor improvement, but (again) a crazy drop in vapor production and drop in TH.

Any suggestions? Could I have gotten a bum LR atty, or is there something I am missing about LR direct dripping? Thanks for your help!

I think that may be a myth. I have an LR atty that i keep in rotation and it hasnt messed up my Riva batts at all. Just dont use an LR atty on your regular 510 batt.

Told you its a huge difference. Supposed to simulate the high voltage experience. Now you see why high voltage is so popular. Me, personally, i think the LR attys (i got from Eastmall) are too harsh. I prefer standard atty and 5V source. Still using a PT for that cause i havent yet seen a high voltage mod that sang its siren song of purchase to me.

Also, i know the ohms can vary on LR attys. I must have gotten the lowest resistance they make. Man do they fire.

Glad youre liking them. My next purchase gonna be a 5pk LR cartos.

This Atty just keeps going and going. Been using nothing else since I got it. Definitely have to try the LR Cartos - the regular ones just don't do it for me.
