Just received 3 adapters that don't work

I ordered one and my friend ordered 2 510 to 808 from the same place.We want to use 3ohm boges on our Halo G6 batteries. I tried adjusting the center piece but still no luck. Is this the right adapter? I didn't contact the vendor yet but should I? One is only 4.00 but 3 is 12.00. So bummed. We know have a ton of boges and no way to use them. Is this common with adapters?

Are they even screwing down properly? Not rattling loose?

I had a similar problem with a 808 to 510..... no power. In the end I need to raise the center post of the battery (just a fraction) and not the carto in order to get a solid connection.

If I put just the adapter on the battery and suck the tip lights up. Wouldn't that mean its the carto end? Wait I don't know cause its an auto battery. What do you think? Also yes they screw on perfectly but just don't work.

try screwing them onto the carto first, THEN screw that onto your battery. That's the only way I can get some of my adapters to work.
I dunno why.

As long as the battery senses airflow, the red tip will light up........ whether or not it fires the carto is seperate issue. Either it is not making a good connection or the carto could be dead - either way you would get no vapor.
