Congratulations, 68stang! Just curious, did you get the standard or low resistance attys?
I just got an email from TW, they've lowered their prices again. Hope the wife gets home before I do something foolish

Glad you took advantage of the sale, and are loving your new setup. That's the most important part.
I can usually avoid such sales because I'm basically lazy and put it off too long, then the sale is over. But a MONTH long sale is just toooooo much! Then, of course, 68stang being so satisfied with his new gear just makes it even worse. I gotta stop reading these forums, at least until the end of July

I like the tank, but mine's just not doing very well for vapor production.
Much less than my 510 and eGo, comparable to my DSE901.
Also, the cherry flavor tastes nothing like cherry, and this isn't the first time I've ordered cherry from them.
I'm wondering if I've got a bad unit unless it's just the liquid is wrong. I've come to expect no lacking for throat hit or vapor but that's what I'm getting. Does anyone else just receiving a Tornado Tank have a previous 510 or eGo they can compare it to?

Joe, are you using the standard tank atomizer or the low resistance ones? The standard (SR) are infamous for lack of flavor. My personal experience is that they are lacking in vapor production too. My wife uses a tank, and she won't abide anything but the LR atomizers (they're cheaper too)
Well I only have the atomizer it came with which is probably standard. Previous kits on the 510 and eGo had standard atomizers that are still alive 4-5 months later but vape wonderfully. So maybe that accounts for the vape and throat hit.
Not the flavoring though, this is either wrong or unflavored, the cherry liquid I got, as my eGo doesn't produce any cherry flavor either, while my older bottle of cherry is unmistakable in the same ecig.

I assume you shook the bottle, and I doubt it needs to "steep", so only thing I can guess is maybe a bad batch. Is it possible you ordered the first bottle with double flavor? If not, I'd call TW and see what they suggest. Contrary to what some folks think, their CS is excellent. And although it will use more liquid, I'd give the LR atomizers a try.
Well, I had just enough of the old bottle to turn it into "very mild cherry" flavor and hey, it's no too bad.
I'll keep using TW, for sure, the shipping was great and I think the extent of my sole bad experience was just bad luck.
You know, the tank style cart has won me over. I was slow to try them, but my original atomizers are still working for me, so I had no need.
I may just make do with the normal atomizers, because not having to refill so far as been really nice.

Yup, and if you are satisfied with the SR ones, they use a lot less juice. BTW, TW makes a mega atty/cart combo that holds 2ml instead of 1ml. With your setup, all you need to try it is the atty and cart.
It *does* sound like you got a bad bottle of juice, tho, I'd still let them know about it just in case it happens again.
