Just Recieved GLV2, Few Questions For The Vets...

I just received it today in the mail, looks great and works great, however. I am use to using a gooseneck that i have and it will not screw into the GLV. I took a picture for you to see. How the cartos have holes in the bottom and this gooseneck that i have been using on my boxmod doesn't have a hole.

any suggestions where to get a gooseneck that has this hole connection. I got this one from ttteliquids.com.

I used a screw and tried to make an impression on the gooseneck but no go on that. BTW if you play guitar and use a Floyd Rose Trem, the adjustment hex screw is same size. LOL.

I also tried my map tank and apparently it wont fit without an extension cause it hits the button. Where do i get this extension. or the correct gooseneck

It didn't come with an L Shaped hex key for the adjustment screw, i guess i can contact Jay about this.

and last was, i ordered a clear coat and it kinda looks matte finished, I did order the matte black finish, but does the clear coat give it a little shine or does it still look matte like this pic. I still love the look either way,

If anyone can give some help that would be great...

Mine didn't come with a allen wrench either but I had one in a drawer in the garage. I would think you could use a smaller drill bit and modify that gooseneck to work. The center pin on the GLV has a point to it. If you just drill into the gooseneck a small amount it should work fine.

As far as the extension goes I got mine from madvapes V2 510 Shorty Extension

I actually used 2 since one still covered the button a little bit. When using 2 I had to adjust the center pin down in order to get it to all fit together tight. The adjustable center pin is very handy for getting adapters and certain carto's to fit right.

Thanks for the reply, i went ahead and ordered two adapters. Once the adapter or adapters are on i should be able to put the Gooseneck or the tank, on to the adapter/s, or the Gneck and the tank on the end LOL

Did anyone else order a matte black color with clear coat? Just asking cause i thought with the clear on it,...it would still have that matte look but be Real Smooth like glass, and i ordered the matte black with clear and it's kinda got a little rough feel, not a glass like feel that i imagined it would have with the clear.

Don't get me wrong, i still love it and it looks great, but im just curious about that,

matte paint will suck in the clear coat so it wont be real shiny.

If I had known that, I woulda got my matte black SM with a clearcoat!
