was excited about my first chuck and I recived it yesterday. Now I am using it at 7.4 with a Hv 901 and it is great can not complain. The image just how I wanted it I like showing it off (will post a pic as soon as I can) But the only thing that is killing me every time I look at it..... The top isn't even, it's on a tilt so one side is fluch and the other side of the top cap is up in the air..

I don't know if it's supposed to be like that but I doubt it.

I haven't been able to get in touch with jeff since I ordered it. I can't send him mail using his contact. I know nothing about computer's so am unsure why it wont let me. I also never got a responce through the ECF forum. so if anyone can help me out realy I want this fixed. Everytime I ake a pull I stare at it untill I take my hit and It's just sad That it isn't perfectly even.

Fortunately for me all three parts line up well but my atty connection is "tilted" just a little. Not nearly enough to complain about, this is the first I'm mentioning it, but I feel like it stares at me too sometimes . . . . Using cartos with a drip tip really shows it cuz of the added length.

I usualy wouldn't say anything bout it but the whole top tilt's lol realy I am starting to get used to it. But when someone ask's me about it when they see it, I got that feeling of needing to straighten it out. I wanna post pic's gotta get my camera out.

On the working aspec of this bad boy. The chuck is no joke man I go back and forth from 7.4 to 3.7v only cause I am broke and don't have back up battery's. IMO the chuck work's great at 3.7 probly the only 3.7 I will vape and I find the 7.4 is perfect for me and wanting to try 6v with a Hv. If I can get the same type of temp out of the vape at 6v as 7.4 I will be happy 5v is to hot for me. I am realy mad I spent so much on the tekk mod when the chuck is the way to go for me

You vape at 7.4v and you say that 5v is to hot? I'm confused.... wouldn't 7.4 be way hotter than 5v? What am I missing?

(not meant to come across as rude or ignorant, just confused)

My connector got damaged and my Little Chuck had to go back to Jeff for a new one. This one is a smidge off. If I stand Junior on its end and turn it 360°, it looks perfect half the time and a tiny bit tipsy the other half. I don't even notice any more.

Mazel tov on your Chuck. Jeff will get back to you. He's not at his computer full time so it sometimes takes a couple of days. (He doesn't answer e-mails on weekends.) If you haven't heard from him by mid-week, try sending him a PM here at the forum.

For some reason if you use a HV attie with 7.4 the vapor get's warm and still crank's out the vapor. The 5v seem's to me that it heat's the atty up so quick the vapor is to hot

And then send it back for Jeff to fix.

But it probably won't break. With mine there was something wrong with the threads in the connector. That's not a part that Jeff makes so he has to rely on the company that does. He said he's only had 3 or 4 with that problem.

Other than that, you can look inside, see a screw and decide to tighten it. That will break the wires. Or you can thrown your Chuck onto a hard surface repeatedly. Eventually, if you do it often enough, it might hit in exactly the right spot for the switch to break. Those are about the only ways to break one as far as I know.

Congrats!! The Chuck has been good to me for a year. On to the next mod now, Provari :)
My Chucks have been good to me for about 15 months now.
And if you've been following the ProVari thread you can see that I've been eyeing that bad boy.

I have been selling off old equipment in the classifieds with good results.
My Paypal now sits at $385 and I said I would get a ProVari when it got to $220 but I still haven't pulled the trigger.

I want it, but I know I don't need it.
I love my Chucks!!
:)

But if anything will ever get me to put my Chucks aside, it is the ProVari.
Or at least whatever comes out after that is even betterer.
