The only time I have ever been able to get off analogs was about a year ago with the help of a 510, juice Box, and a Prodigy. Surprisingly enough, the 510 outlasted both mods. Anyway I got really sick of the hassle of constantly dripping, changing batteries, spilling juice etc., and took up analogs again. I've made the decision, however, to quit analogs by graduation in may. I've been doing a bit of reading, and see that there are some new models out since the last time I checked. The best seems to be the eGo. It seems to me that the eGo with cartomizers is the least amount of hassle for a quality device. What are your thoughts for the least amount of hassle, and where should I buy? (and yes, money is an issue).

Thanks for your help. Really trying to get back into the game.

Hello Aiden,

I choke when around analogs-:blink:do not know how you were able to go back to them. And if

your dealing with stress from school and probably friends smoking to,then I more than understand.

As far as the ego-not really sure about that one-i thought too many parts to keep up with.

:smokie:I have been vaping for almost 2 years and have stayed really fond of the Joye510 for

the PV that doesn't make my pocket bark,lol... I have been told that the MEGA-510 TITAN E-NIC

Kit :headbang:Platinum
(Three cigarette kit=)) has the best battery life for longer times :2c:

in between charging and just simply is most popular. Now granted I realize that $99.99 is slightly

higher than what :ohmy:most of us have to give @ one time. :glug: I just have always

thought that it's the amount of time before having to buy starter kit again :banana:that

really counts to bargain shoppers. Totally Wicked E liquid is having a Christmas YO-YO promotion

right now til the December 22nd off all their stock including the cig I spoke of above. I hear they

could possibly reach up to 90%:banana::banana: off in between now and the 22nd,

and yes I have been watching it like a hawk too sister, lol. :matrix:If you are a twitter friendly girl

Mr.Wicked tweets every time he is going to YO-YO. :hubba:I have it set where it sends me a text

message every time he tweets so I may be able to get that sucker for cheaper price than $99.99

damn dollars. I 2 know money is 2 damn tight to be buying anything that expensive=) Hell if you

tweet friend me Legomecigo-:toast:I love new friends.... I hope like hell this helped you some,

see you around the forum or @ twitter. Have a safe and happy holidays:2cool: to u and yours

from me and mine. Chow 4 now!!!:banana::banana::banana::banana:

I think the eGo with cartos would be great for you money-wise. It's a good PV.The eGo kit is $56 at Thevaporpro. 510 cartos are under $2 apiece and then you would need to get some juice.

I agree. I was getting seriously frustrated with flooded atomizers (from dripping), constant topping off (cartridges) and dead batteries (510). I bought two ego batteries and went to cartomizers. It has been so much easier for me since I simplified the process. I don't have to carry a bag of junk around anymore either. I just put the extra battery and an extra carto in my backpack and I'm good for an entire day. Actually don't need the extra battery or carto, but carry it just in case.

Really I think it all comes down to personal preference. You sound a lot like me and just don't want to fiddle with it all the time.

Money was an issue for me too. I didn't want to buy a whole new starter set. I just bought 2 batteries, a pack of cartos, and a charger. It was a little less than the starter set and worked best for me because I had no interest in more atomizers and carts. I went through ecigexpress, but I think any of the reputable vendors already mentioned would work just as well.

If you don't mind spending a few bucks, have a look at the REO & Phidias "self juicing or bottom feed" mods. These do away with carts and cartos, have a larger battery, and are the truly no hassle way to vape. You'll find many threads & reviews by doing a search here on ECF.

I 2nd this it saved me from going back to the analogs, A bottom feed Juice mod is the way to go

Thanks for the advice, everyone (for the record, i'm a guy). from the little research I've been doing, the ego and the Ali'i seem to be the faves among ECf users. I definitely am not a fan of the price of the Ali'i, aside from the fact that it's back ordered.

My only question: don't you need to keep refilling cartos too? Or are they finally making cartos that last the entire day? When I used to vape, I vaped constantly and everywhere. Are you telling me that I will only need one carto?

To be honest, I don't really know what a carto really is...does it use the same filler material that a normal cart does? if thats the case I don't know if I would be into cartos because that fill never seems to work for me, and I hate bringing a bottle of juice wherever I go.

Any other bottom juice feeders out there that are getting rave review?

I think it would matter how much you vape. The two carto system works for me, but I think it's because I spend the majority of my day in a classroom where I'm not using it constantly. At home I'm still only topping it off every 4,5 hours or so. I know there are larger cartomizer set ups for the Ego, but I have only used one of them and didn't really care for it because of the airy draw. It did last all day though.

It is the same polyfill you find in the stock carts. I seem to have better luck filler cartos where I had issues with the carts. That's what made me find and join in the first place, I was googling different filler for carts.

I'd love a bottom juice feeder. I think when I can justify another "starter" expense, I'll be looking for one myself.

The Ali'i IS on the pricey side ($135 for the standard, 3.7v/6v or an additional $35 for vv), but... it really is a "Grab 'n Go" device! (Price is less then I spent in a month, on analogs!)

I started off with a 510, then moved up to an eGo.

The first couple of weeks or a month, it was all new, and I was having a blast experimenting with new juices, different attys, etc.

Finally found my sweet spot... dripping! I just found it MUCH easier and tasted better, to simply drop three drops of juice on the atty, and I was good for five, six drags... then, drip again.

But... it also created a need to always carry a bottle or two (3ml) of juice around, plus spare batteries, plus napkins, or paper towels for when, invariably, it leaked. Got to be a hassle.

With the Ali'i, you literally grab it and go! I charge the battery over night, and basically all I need to do is swap batteries either in the evening, or the following morning (although, one fully charged battery would really last me over a day and a half), make sure the bottle is at least half full, grab the Ali'i and leave! I find I still, on occasion, drip with the Ali'i (I like to change up my juice flavors through the day, not vape the same juice all day), so between dripping and using the juice in the Ali'i's bottle, I really only need to refill the bottle maybe every third, forth day!

It's the same size as a pack of cigs... maybe a little smaller. Yea, it's MUCH bigger then a pen style device, but easily slides into my shirt pocket, and is very comfortable to hold, and provides GREAT vap! (besides being a simply beautiful, handmade device!)

My two cents... if you want hassle free vaping, think about the Ali'i!

Carts and cartos are different. With a cart you need an atty and with a carto it's built in. With the 510 cartos from Ikenvape and vaportalk you just pop the end cap off and fill with about 25 drops. You should fill at night and let them sit to soak in. Then you can refill (with less drops).

Hell if you dont mind waiting a month or so, the eGo-T will be coming around the corner.

    eGo-T? what's that?

OK so I'm kind of going back and forth between a Mega eGo and a bottom fed box mod. I know how much of a hassle 510's were, and I just don't see how cartos could be that much easier. But I also know with mods (had both a prodigy and a juicebox) that you have to fiddle with the hardware its self to make it work; whether its bending the spring to make a better connection to the battery, or further insulating the tubing with paper, and then one day it all just stops working. As much as I hated the hassle of my 510's, they were my first purchase and the my last ecigs that survived.

So I don't know whether to get a box mod that I will probably need to work on constantly to keep it working, or do I go with a mega ego with cartos and just deal with the refilling? I wish I could get both, but I am BROKE!

The eGo-T (tank) is something released in Italy from Joye and Ovale. Mostly its a new atty/carto combo that has what looks like a plastic tank that holds your juice and auto drops into the atty. From the reviews it looks pretty good. No burnt taste since there is no filler. The atty has a needle looking contraption that punctures the tank and prevents leaking.

i just got a reo mini and im loving it... i can finally chain vape and after learning the juice system i don't even think about feeding anymore. it's red and silver and feels really nice in the hand... it's also really petite.

i just saw that movie too. horrible movie, i was soo surprised. i love how u see johnny depp vape throughout the movie but it doesn't show him charging batts or replacing cartridges and you can tell he is having an awful hard time getting a good puff. doesn't surprise me he ends up craving later in the movie... i feel like after vaping for a while i realized how silly it seems to use a device that looks like a cig when it clearly isn't. it's kinda tacky imo. so i bought something different that im not embarrassed to take out as im not smoking or trying to smoke a cig and looks like an accessory rather than a medication inhaler

btw i can appreciate johnny dep playing a very different role
