Just dropping by to say hello. My wife and I both used vaping to stop smoking. Have been analog free since around February. I'll have to say, I like vaping a lot. I'm currently using Aspire Triton tank with Eleaf 100W iStick.

Vaping 'too much' is not abnormal when transitioning from smoke to vape.
Just put the mod down, holding the mod invites more vaping.
Another possibility may be that your e-juice nic level may be a little low.

I don't think I vape too much. I try to make a conscious effort to put the mod down occasionally. I keep trying to get the wife to put hers down, but she likes the taste a lot. She's trying to go from 3mg to 0. She wants to stop everything, but I like to vape. I'm currently at 6mg of nic, but I don't currently have any plans to stop. If she does stop, she know not to get rid of anything so she can vape if she needs to.
