No spacers needed. although if you like the look that the "cone" style tank atty offers you can pick up a atty cone that will give that finished look.... it will slide right over the carto.

Just wanted to say thanks again for everybody's input. I received my boge cartomizers today and must say they are totally awesome. Filled it using the condom method which was very easy.
Buy yourself some driptips, replace the white rubber mouthpiece with driptip, it's much easier to pull off a driptip than that tiny rubber. Worth the investment, IMHO. More comfortable for your lips too, and helps avoiding a hot splash of juice to your mouth too.
