hey everyone. i had an account years ago but i cant remember the info so i just made a new one. i started smoking analogs again after vaping for almost a year. That was a few years back. my first couple ecigs were Ego T and then i had a lavatube. I still have it! ive been back in the scene about 6 months and my how it has evolved. started with a 50w istick broke it after dropping it like 1 day after warranty expired. Bought another from same vendor and broke that one like a month later also lol. Now i have a ipv4 and i love it. great device this thing rocks. whats everyone vaping?

Hi and welcome back to the forum. I'm new to Vaping as well. My first was just one of those blister packs but was still able to quit for two weeks until I misplaced it :/ I've done some research and I'm planning on getting the istick 30w with either the Nautilus Mini or the Eleaf gs air m tank. Then hopefully with that I'll be done with the darn cigs!

The Nautilus mini has a nice tight draw that is good for coming from cigs. im using a magma rda. im defiantly a dripper but i have a few tanks. i do lung inhales which is so different than smoking cigs. Hope you can put them down for good! i personally think a great starter device would be the k box or kbox mini by kangertech. You need to get a 18650 battery with them but you can charge it with a micro usb cable so you wont need to buy a charger. you can get samsung 18650 batteries for about 11$ from amazon. kbox is around 20$ and the mini is about 50. lots of vendors have the kbox mini and kangertech subtank mini for about 70ish-80 in a combo pack.

and the nautilus mini is a good starting tank - but I would second the kanger suggestion

take a look at the kanger subox mini kit - you can put a 1.2 ohm coil in it (it comes with one as well as a .5 ohm coil), dial the airflow down and get a very good vape off of it - you would need an 18650 type battery (you can pick up a pair of sony vtc4s and a nitecore 2 bay charger from illumn.com for under $30 with shipping) but the kit comes with everything else you need but juice (kit has device, tank and the two coils mentioned)... the device is also capable of charging via usb (and is vape-able while charging) if needed...

I use my subox regularly along with a 100w sigelei and dripper attys as well... I have had a number of friends recently make the jump off cigs with the subox - overall, very user friendly and versatile and decent pricing ($60 for the kit with coupon code sv25 at sweet-vapes.com for example)

good luck and vape on!

on a side note, the kit also comes with an rba deck for the included kanger subtank mini (so if you get tired of buying new coils, you can rebuild for much cheaper) (but you would want to do some homework and ask some questions before starting that - you can actually get 1.0 ohm and .5 ohm prewrapped kanger coils, usually with a pad or two of the organic cotton for wicking for about $10... thats 20 coils in the pack - so, potentially 15-17 coil rebuilds, allowing for some learning curve, for $10)

Thank you for that also! When I first started my research I was looking into that. But right now my budget will only allow me to get the istick haha. Once I get the hang of that one, and have a bigger budget, I definitely want to try it out. Plus, I love black and red together. Thanks again! :thumb:
