Hello folks! I'm new to this vaping thing, been at it for about a month, and so far so good.
I bought myself the Kangertech NEBOX for my first device. I don't know how it stacks up against some of the gnarly looking devices I've seen on these forums, but I'm pretty happy with it. Only cost me $70 with battery at my local vape store. It's an all in one unit, with a massive built in 10 mil tank. Good bang for your buck.
About a week in a started coil building, I'm certainly no master, but I haven't had a failure yet. Built my first micro contact coil last night, which after priming it and letting it soak in the tank and firing it, I wasn't sure about. Today I'm absolutely loving it, by far the smoothest and most flavorful coil I've used. I'm still planning on experimenting with other wrapping methods, but I'm enjoying what I've learned so far.
My next step is DIY liquid, which is proving to be a bit difficult here in Canada. Hard to find where to buy liquid nicotine, where to buy VG/PG, and even more difficult to find where to buy thr flavoring. Although it does seem like a simple process, that would take a few practice runs to get the hang of.
Anyway, glad to be a part of such a great community, just wanted to introduce myself. Happy vaping ✌
