Got my KR8 (as the KR808D-1 has been officially renamed) today. Loaded up a 24mg cart and went to town. A few things I noticed. (I have the standard auto batteries btw)

1.) The nicotine seems to hit me a bit harder than it normally does with a cig (I smoke a pack or more a day minimum of Marlboro shorts full flavor for well over 17 years) I get more of a buzz from them more like to when I first started smokin.

2.) The vape and throat hit are fantastic. I haven't even desired an analog since i started puffing and vaping.

3.)The carts are very straightforward and even the refill is an easy process.

4.) I have found that if you give 2-3 quick little primer puffs before you take a decent drag you get plenty of vape.

5.) I don't take as heavy of a drag as I do with a cig (which seems to be the exception to the rule)

6.) There's a little to get used to simply because it isn't quite as "light" as smoke to be honest. There's a little (very little) of a peppery after taste.

All in all the starter kit I ordered from cig easy was very affordable. The delivery time was excellent. I ordered two days ago and even with the holiday it still arrived today.
For anyone considering the world of vaping I would say give it an honest try and understand that it's a very close simulation to smoking while still having a few differences. I'm very satisfied with the product, price, and experience overall.

Sounds like you're off to a great start. The KR8 was my first PV model too and after the first week and tons of reading here at ECF I ordered my Joye510 with accessories and have been in vaping heaven ever since. Before long you'll be adding to your list of vaping goodies too and there's plenty of information, help and support here.

Good luck and good post!

Well I can't see turning my Kr8 in for another model anytime soon. My two main goals in this are to save money and a healthier lifestyle. I'm very happy with the Kr8 and maybe when it dies out i'll consider another model (unless it cheats on me with the rich guy down the street). I would like to say thanks to everyone in this community as it is by far on eof the greatest and msot helpful I have seen in a long time. I have sent links to these forums to several smoker friends who were asking me in the locker room tonight wth I was puffing on lol

I think a lot of people get hit like that at first, It seems to go away after a while and you'll be doing longer drags also.:D
